- Able to figure out and understand client needs, as well as analyze software requirement
- Develop/configure/custom-build applications based on technical specifications
- Conduct testing (systems & end-user)
- Rollout & deployment

Required Skills:
We are seeking for motivated individuals to join our development team in the US as Java developer. The successful candidates must have:
- Must have at least 2 years of software development experience using Java/J2EE technology and at least a minimum continuous 6 months of involvement in a software development project
- Must be able to design, coding and test independently
- Preference for candidates who are familiar with JSP, Servlet, EJB, Hibernate, Strut, Spring, JDBC, thin connection pooling, Javascript, RMI
- Good knowledge of XSLT, XML and HTML
- Must be independent and have initiative to learn and take on responsibilities
- Must have EXCELLENT communication skills (English - written and spoken)
- Good problem solving abilities
- Good knowledge in Flash is a plus
