PROJECT INFORMATION:

This is a Web-based system containing Human Resources, Accounting, “Individual Animal” Management, Forecasting, Fixed Asset Management, Feeding to grow up the animal, Data mining for the lab, and so on all the animal(cow) management to improve the quality and productivity of a Feedlot Company.

Some phases are:

IAM grouping: a module that will be used throughout the paraDIAM system that allows animals to be grouped and used based on various criteria
Carcass Import: to import cattle from one location to another while still keeping their information correctly

Contract & Delivery Instructions: to manage the placement and execution of contracts for:

• the purchase of feeder cattle
• the procurement of feed, bedding, supplements, and health products at the best prices
• the procurement of freight for the goods to be transported, when WFL is responsible for freight
• the procurement of services such as manure disposal, building maintenance, auditing, and so on
• IAM Accounting: As new financial operational data is created it needs to have the same accounting and reversal structure

Cattle Feeding: to provide a management for:

• the creation and management of ration diets from commodities and supplements.
• the suggesting and assigning of ration diet calls to active cattle pens
• the delivery of ration diets to cattle

Health

• To provide a true IAM health solution using the ParaDIAM principles
• To speed up processing time at chute side
• To provide a stand alone ParaDIAM health solution
• To provide an integrated ParaDIAM feedlot solution

GOAL OF THE PROJECT:

• This project is developed and deployed for a customer in North America. This is one of our long-term projects.
• Our clients want to build a system to manage, account for, and forecast in the feedlot animal field.
