SEA-Solutions is operating a strict maintenance process, allowing the effective capture and resolution reporting of maintenance requests.
The results obtained from the evaluation process help the organization to determine whether its information systems are effective and efficient or otherwise. The process of monitoring, evaluating, and modifying of existing information systems to make required or desirable improvements may be termed as System Maintenance. System maintenance is an ongoing activity, which covers a wide variety of activities, including removing program and design errors, updating documentation and test data and updating user support.

At SEA-Solutions, we provide maintenance service along with application development . It’s means the process of managing the requirement, design, coding, testing and ongoing improvements and debugging of software. After deploying software, we give our clients the maintenance services. Whenever that software has any problem or clients would like to change requirement, we always support and work with them. We fix their application and systems issues, or incidents as they are known, that disrupt the service they depend upon.

We understand that, maintenance is an important point of software because about 60% of a software’s cost is maintenance, and about 60% of the maintenance cost is improvement. Design and Platform Upgrade: A new version of a software designed to replace an older version of the same software.

Feature Upgrades and Fix-Patches: With software version, patching will upgrade a software’s patch version number, and updates upgrade their minor version number. PATCH version when you make backwards-compatible bug fixes. Furthermore, patches usually fix problems while maintaining compatibility, whereas updates can both fix problems as well as add new features which may not be compatible with previous versions.
