Managing Director and Founder
Hai Pham established the company in 2006 with an aim to make software development more friendly and less costly. Before doing his own business, he had more than eight years to work as project manager for software development with customers in Vietnam, as well as in North America and Europe. He was also experienced in developing human resource and building software process in ISO and CMMi. Hai is a graduate of Hanoi University of Technology with degree in Information Technology, as well as of Hanoi Economic University with degree in Finance. He obtains many certificates from Microsoft, Sun and IBM. He improved his management skill and culture understanding by a MBA in India and by working in Australia. In SEA-Solutions, Productivity and Quality are always his top priority and he continues to developing and inspiring team to achieve this aim.
CTO
He has many years of experience working with Java and .NET in multiple roles, including developer, designer, and team leader. He possesses extensive experience with DBMS technologies such as MS SQL, Oracle, and MySQL. He has deep knowledge of design patterns and their practical applications. Additionally, he has experience in software security and a solid understanding of QA and software testing.
Currently, he serves as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), where he provides technical solutions and primarily takes on the role of project leader for domestic projects. His leadership ensures that technical strategies align with business goals and that projects are executed with the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Project Manager
He is graduating from Hanoi Junior Teacher Training College where he got the 3rd position in a National competition for students in IT, specifically in software development with data structures and algorithms. He then also graduated from the Posts & Telecommunications Institute of Technology. With more than 15 years of experience, he started as a developer then as a technical leader, and today as a project manager. He has been working directly with USA and Canadian customers who have high standards in quality and productivity for more than 12 years. He is good at problem-solving, can quickly come up with solutions, and has excellent communication skills in English, he’s well-suited as a bridge between the customers and the development teams.
BA/QC Lead
With over 15 years of experience in Quality Assurance, 5 years as a Business Analyst, and an ISTQB certification, she has taken on leadership responsibilities in guiding teams and ensuring the success of domestic and international software projects. In her role as a BA/QC lead, she oversees the end-to-end quality assurance process, from requirement gathering and analysis to testing and final delivery, ensuring that every project meets both functional and business goals.
Her experience spans multiple industries, including education, finance, e-commerce, and tourism, working across various platforms such as web-based applications, mobile applications, and Windows desktop applications. She is deeply focused on ensuring software functionality and providing a seamless UI/UX experience.
As a leader, she works closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders, bridging the gap between client needs and development teams. She mentors and guides team members in both business analysis and quality control, driving efficiency and ensuring best practices are followed. She believes that good software should be intuitive, accessible, and meet the needs of all users, and she strives to uphold these standards in every project she leads.
Team lead
With over 14 years of experience in software development, he has a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions for both web and mobile platforms. His extensive collaboration with clients in the USA and Canada—known for their rigorous standards—has honed his skills in productivity and quality assurance. He excels at problem-solving, quickly devising and implementing effective solutions to technical challenges. His focus on efficiency and precision has consistently enabled him to meet client expectations and build a strong reputation for excellence in the industry.
Test Lead
Hoa Ngo graduated from Hanoi University of Education (English Faculty), and has over 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst (BA) and Quality Control (QC) professional at SEA-Solutions. As a certified ISTQB Foundation Certificate holder in Software Testing, she brings exceptional attention to detail and deep technical insight to her role as Test Lead for the Web Application team.
In her position, Hoa is responsible for leading the quality assurance efforts for all web application projects, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards of functionality, security, and usability. She oversees a team of testers, guiding them through the testing process from initial planning to execution, verification, and post-launch support.
Her role is critical in coordinating test plans, managing test cases, and ensuring thorough regression testing, functional testing, and UI/UX testing. Hoa also ensures that any bugs or issues are reported and resolved promptly to maintain the seamless operation of web applications. Her leadership extends to mentoring junior testers, promoting best practices, and maintaining strong client relationships by delivering high-quality outcomes.
Having worked with clients from Canada, Europe, and Vietnam, Hoa is experienced in collaborating across cultures and understands the importance of aligning software with client needs. Her expertise helps ensure SEA-Solutions remains a trusted partner in the Vietnam software outsourcing industry, delivering solutions that consistently meet and exceed client expectations.
IT Manager
Graduating at Vietnam National University- University of Engineering and Technology with Master’s degree and Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology. She also gets Fmis- Finance and Management Information System certificate. With more than 6 years’ experiences, she worked at SEA-Solutions from developer and then now she is Team leader at CRM project. She only is a female developer at SEA-Solutions, so she a nice style in communication to the team and customer. She is a good analytic and serious person when working with clients. Confident, good English skill, she always understands what customers want and make them satisfy.
