• Analyze the server log, and the system log to identify any issues
• Check updates for security and upgrade from WordPress
• Monthly Check server resource usage: CPU, RAM, Harddisk
• Check system log: MongoDB, MySQL, WordPress, node js
• Backup, Monitor, and Restore for MySQL, MongoDB
• Anti-virus and Anti-spam: to scan the system for viruses and malware and clean
• Fix System issues (if any)
• Support VCCA to manage the system
