Providing follow-up services on IT troubleshooting, maintenance, and hosting/subscription for the revamped VCCA Portal www.bvntd.gov.vn
- Analyze the server log, and the system log to identify any issues
- Check updates for security and upgrade from WordPress
- Monthly Check server resource usage: CPU, RAM, Harddisk
- Check system log: MongoDB, MySQL, WordPress, node js
- Backup, Monitor, and Restore for MySQL, MongoDB
- Anti-virus and Anti-spam: to scan the system for viruses and malware and clean
- Fix System issues (if any)
- Support VCCA to manage the system
