- Provide a tracking report for each website every month
- Support to GIZ to use the system, such as brief training to the TVET program’s new website administrators and major updates on the websites when requested
- System resource monitoring: to monitor the usage of server resources: CPU, RAM, and hard disk as well as alert GIZ if the server runs out of resources andneedsd hardware upgrade
- System clean-up: to free up unused files (e.g. log files after analysis) to optimize the websites’ resources
- System activities analysis: to analyze the server log,and the system log to identify if any issues happen and prevent them from re-occurring
- Security check and upgrade: to reconfigure firewall, apply the security patch for Operating System, Web server, and Databases
- Anti-virus and Anti-spam: to scan the system for viruses and malware and clean them (if any)
- System problem fixing if any occurs
- Perform any request by the TVET program to customize the website’s design or function which is based on existing WordPress functions.
