This is a Portal for GIZA (a constructor) to invite its sub-contractors/suppliers to join the bidding, submit tenders, provide quotations and manage contracts.

The Portal has 4 main modules:

Suppliers: for GIZA to invite its sub-contractors and suppliers

• eBid: for GIZA to create/approve a bid, and invite sub-contractors to join the bid.
• eProcurement: for GIZA to define a list of materials that need quotations from suppliers.
• eContract: for GIZA to discuss and agree on a contract with the sub-contractors/suppliers, and manage contract stages and progress with delivery milestones, payment schedule…

GOAL OF THE PROJECT:

• This project is developed and deployed for a customer in Vietnam.
