PROJECT INFORMATION:

This web application is to manage the relationship between companies and customers. User can create companies, people, and their related information, then the user can create different types of relationships between companies and people. This CRM is also responsible for integrating data with the existing website of the client. This website is available in 3 languages: English, French, and Dutch

 Goal of the project:

To adjust existing features and develop additional features for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, so that the CRM becomes a perfect and complete software solution for the customers.

TECHNOLOGIES ARE USED:

  • The Microsoft CRM customization is done in ASP.NET, custom entity, workflow, plug-in, C#, and with MS CRM WebServices API.
