PROJECT INFORMATION:

Provide a tracking report for each website every month
Support to GIZ to use the system, such as brief training to the TVET program’s new website administrators and major updates on the websites when requested
System resource monitoring: to monitor the usage of server resources: CPU, RAM, and hard disk as well as alert GIZ if the server runs out of resources andneedsd hardware upgrade
System clean-up: to free up unused files (e.g. log files after analysis) to optimize the websites’ resources
System activities analysis: to analyze the server log,and the system log to identify if any issues happen and prevent them from re-occurring
Security check and upgrade: to reconfigure firewall, apply the security patch for Operating System, Web server, and Databases
Anti-virus and Anti-spam: to scan the system for viruses and malware and clean them (if any)
System problem fixing if any occurs
Perform any request by the TVET program to customize the website’s design or function which is based on existing WordPress functions.
